What’s happening at the event?
If you love crystals and would like to know more about them, and how you can use them in your daily life then this is the workshop for you!
Zoe will teach you how to choose the correct crystal for you.
She’ll teach you how to look after the crystals by cleaning, cleansing and charging them.
Show you how to protect and ground you own energy.
Explain how crystals can help with issues like stress, anxiety, sleep and self care/self love.
You will learn about the Chakra system, how it works and the best crystals to use.
Plus each person who attends will take home a beautiful Chakra Crystal Set made by the lovely Kirsty Gravett from Soulful Healing!
