Sound therapy:

The aim of sound therapy sessions is to get you into a deep relaxed state. This helps enable the sound and vibrations of the instruments to be absorbed into the deep tissues and fluids of your body.

Christine recommends having a short telephone consultation prior to your first session. For the best results, she recommends five sessions with weekly intervals, but people have felt the benefits with just one session.

During the Session:

Christine uses two unweighted tuning forks to balance you. The sound of these, and also the rich sound of her Tibetan singing bowl help to stimulate the Vagus nerve. Christine has two weighted tuning forks, and she uses these on your body, with an amethyst crystal foot attached, for comfort.

She can work on specific parts of your body with these weighted tuning forks. Christine works intuitively, as well as scanning an area with an unweighted tuning fork. She can hear a different sound when there is a block/issue.
