  • The Indian Head Massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points on the head, neck, and shoulders, with the aim of rebalancing your body's energies. The treatment is based on the ayurvedic system of healing. The Indian head massage is considered a method of cleansing and healing.

Therapies

  • Crystal healing focuses on Chakra points on the body and works to remove any blockage in the chakra point, therefore enabling energy to flow freely. It is suggested that crystals can have healing powers. Chakra crystals are very powerful and can be used for healing and energizing. You can use them alone or together with other healing crystals, to heal any kind of illness, disease, imbalance or pain. You can also use them to strengthen your aura, and to protect yourself from negative energy.

  • Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. This technique can help the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain. EFT tapping to relieve everyday stress and anxiety, improve performance, and reduce food cravings.

  • In Colour Therapy it is believed that different colours are able to impact the body differently. Colour therapy can be done via sight, that is by looking at a particular colour in hopes that it elicits the desired response in your body, or by directly reflecting certain colours on parts of the body. Each colour we can see has its wavelength and unique frequency. Each unique frequency has a different effect on people and is used for different purposes. Warm colours are typically used for stimulating effects, while cool colours are used for calming effects.

    Zoe works with sight colour therapy and a consultation is required first to talk through your symptoms. Then a colour programme will be issued for you.

  • In a deep relaxation session you can fully relax and let go of any distractions. This session will help you de-stress and feel a sense of peace and calmness. You will start by talking about any issues or challenges you want to overcome. Zoe will then guide you into meditation and allow you to switch off and relax. While you are in a relaxed state Zoe will then give you Reiki to seal the relaxation treatment leaving you feeling beautifully refreshed.

  • Tarot and oracle cards are used as a divination tool and self-reflection for personal insight, and exploration of one's thoughts and feelings. Tarot and oracle cards are used for various purposes, including seeking advice, exploring personal growth, and gaining a deeper understanding of their life's path.
